This project consists of a roundabout with five legs connecting Grimes Bridge Road, Norcross Street, Warsaw Road, and Melody Lane.  The total cost of right of way acquisition includes fee simple, construction easement and site improvement costs. This action provides for the future award of a construction contract with a not to exceed amount of $1,000,000.

Financial Impact:
Upon approval of this Budget Amendment, a total of $1,337,350 will be approved and available for this project.  $915,040 will be approved and available in the Capital Projects Fund, cost center 4210CP, Account 541415, Project 08TRA001 and $422,310 will be approved and available in the Impact Fee Fund, Cost Center 9610, Accounts 541415 and 541100, Project 08TRA001.
