Item Summary:
There is a conflict in the Roswell Code of Ordinances between 18.2.1, Obstruction of Street or Right-of-Way, and Section 18.1.2, Permit Requirements for Construction in Right-of-Way.   The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that certain encroachments are allowed (e.g. construction roll off dumpsters) in the right of way if reviewed and permitted by the Transportation Department.
