Item Summary:
The Riverside Park Stage Roof design includes a 60' x 40' wooden post structure with a wood roof with shingles. The city will utilize a stand-by trades contractor to pour footings and construct the pre-manufactured roof system from Southern Wood Systems. The estimated date of completion is mid September 2011.

On May 10, 2011 the Administration and Finance and Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this item on the May 23, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Approval of Budget Amendment 9620-05-23-11 in the amount of $98,512 will increase the available funding for the Riverside Park Bandstand project from $32,904.45 to $131,416.45 in Cost Center 9620, Account Number 541200, Project Number 09REC013 and decrease the available funding for the Roswell Riverwalk Extension down Riverside Road from $98,512 to $0 in Cost Center 9620, Account Number 541210, Project Number 10REC008. Both projects are funded by Recreation and Parks Impact Fees.
