Item Summary:
The Eves Road Complete Street Project is one of the City's bond projects and consists of fourteen total parcels and intersection and drainage improvements, bike lanes and a multi-use path along Eves Road from Holcomb Bridge Road to Riverside Road. This approval is to pay fair market value in the amount of $19,300 for 1991.989 square feet of Permanent Easement and 3141.643 square feet of Temporary Easement to Parcel 14, USPS, and accept from Parcel 16, Autumn Ridge Apartments, a donation of right of way in the amount of 59.577 square feet, 151.324 square feet of Permanent Easement and 254.608 of Temporary Easement.

On March 26, 2014 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the April 14, 2014 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Funds in the amount of $1,189,649 are approved and available in the Eves Road Complete Street project, ORG 31242101, OBJ 541415, Project 92008
