This grant partners the City of Roswell and the Roswell Housing Authority in developing a comprehensive Choice Neighborhoods Transformation Plan for affordable housing in the Groveway Community.  The Roswell Housing Authority is the lead applicant in the application seeking $250,000 in planning funds.
