Item Summary:
Approval of the concept is necessary for the Preliminary Engineering to begin. Sun Valley Drive will be widened to include a center turn lane in the industrial area from SR 9/Alpharetta Highway to its existing terminus. It will be a two-lane roadway in the residential area from the existing terminus of Warsaw Road Extension to the three lane section. Other proposed improvements consist of a 10-foot multi use trail, sidewalk, and bike lanes and a roundabout.

On June 26, 2013 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 8, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
