Item Summary:
This grant will be used to design and construct an open-air pavilion on Orchard Hill and Bulloch Hall in Roswell. This project is in line with Bulloch Hall's Master Plan. The City of Roswell will serve as the applicant on behalf of the Friends of Bulloch, Inc. There are no matching funds required from the City of Roswell.

Staff recommends approval.
Financial Impact:
The State grant must be matched by 60% cash and 40% from in-kind donations, which matching fund will be supplied, in total, by the Friends of Bulloch, Inc. The City would be responsible for the match, as the applicant, if the Friends of Bulloch, Inc. did not meet the requirement. The match total is $36,448 with $26,000 cash from the Friends of Bulloch and $10,448 in-kind contributions from Friends of Bulloch, Master Gardeners and other partners.
