Item Summary:
The Law offices of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, in review of the legal documents for the purchase and sale of the properties at the corner of Crossville Road and Mansell Road, identified that the previous owner neglected to request a road dedication from the City of Roswell in June, 2002 for a guard rail easement along the westerly portion of Mansell Road.
The guard rail was installed and it has been in place since that time. However, right of way was never dedicated. They have requested the City's earliest review and approval in order to clear up the property record prior to the pending sale of the property as part of the approved Aldi / Racetrac proposal.

On March 30, 2011 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the April 11, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.
