Item Summary:
As part of the easement agreements with the Pine Grove Road Shoulder Widening Project, the property owners are requesting that the City replace several large trees that are being impacted by the project. The estimated cost is not to exceed $3,500 including a two-year warranty.

On August 24, 2011 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the September 12, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Funds in the amount of $58,889 are approved and available in Project: Tree Planting Program - Transportation: Cost Center: 1110, Account # 579003, Project #05TRA042.
