This request will fund the River Run Detention Pond Rebuild project. This project is the next highest priority on the CIP matrix and will assist in the overall reduction of the CIP list.

On September 11, 2012 the Public Safety and Public Works Committee recommended placing this Item on the September 24, 2012 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Budget Amendment 50743200-09-24-2012 will program $150,000 in available Stormwater Utility Fund, fund balance. The estimated, available Stormwater Utility Fund, fund balance after this approval is $206,525. Funding for the River Run Detention Pond Rebuild project will be available in Org 50743200; Object 541200; Project 82013.
