The scope of work has been revised to meet the approved budget and includes: removal and replacement of curb & gutter, filling of voids in areas under the bridges, improvement of drainage system to provide better runoff from the bridges, clearing and grubbing areas adjacent to the bridges, placement of stone riprap in scour areas, and painting of bridge structures.

On April 22, 2009 the Community Development & Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the May 4, 2009 Mayor and Council Agenda.
 
Financial Impact:
Funds in the amount of $409,080 are available in the Bridge Maintenance Program account, Cost Center 4210CP, Account #541415, Project #09TRA011.
