The City Administrator's Leadership Award was created to recognize one City of Roswell Employee who demonstrates the essence of leadership in who they are and in what they do at the City of Roswell. The criteria for the award is based on the City's vision statement, core values and leadership qualities such as: striving for excellence, inspiring a high level of commitment from others, collaborating and sharing knowledge, demonstrating customer delight, innovative problem solving, being a good listener, and getting things done. This is the inaugural year for this award.
This year's recipient is Yoel Martinez who is a Stormwater Maintenance Supervisor in the Environmental/Public Works Department.
