Keep Georgia Beautiful (KGB) has honored Keep Roswell Beautiful (KRB) with several awards: 1) Second Place State award in the KGB Affiliate Awards Program for 2010. This award is given by population category and encompasses all of KRB's efforts for the past year. 2) Second Place Award in the 2010 KGB Awards Program for a Nonprofit in Litter Prevention for the Adopt-A-Road Program. 3) Third Place Award in the 2010 KGB Awards Program for a Nonprofit in the Community Improvement category for the Big Creek Wetlands Work Day.
KGB has honored the City of Roswell with a Third Place Award in the 2010 KGB Awards Program for a Government Agency in the Community Improvement category for "Simple Solutions".
These awards were accepted by the recipients on November 10, 2010 at the KGB Annual Awards Luncheon.
