Item Summary:

This change order is the result of additional landscaping, paving of a driveway for an impacted property owner and other small contract changes due to field conditions. This change order will bring the new construction contract amount to $619,788.

Committee or Staff Recommendation:

On July 27, 2011 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the August 8, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.

Financial Impact:

Funds of $448,837.56 are approved and available in the Grimes Bridge/ Norcross/ Warsaw Intersection Account, Cost Center 4210CP, Account #541415, Project #08TRA001.  Upon approval $408,248.16 will be remaining.
