At the February 15, 2011 Administration, Finance, Recreation and Parks Committee Meeting staff presented the results of the 2010 Citizen Survey. Staff was requested to prepare an Action Plan to address areas in which residents indicated the City could improve delivery of services. Staff has prepared a draft Action Plan to address Transportation, Crime, Customer Service, Citizen Involvement, and Communication.
