Discussion of developing a "Link" like trip for Mayor, Council, community leaders, and staff. Tony Landers, retired from ARC, has agreed to assist the City in developing goals and the agenda for this trip.

The last retreat was held in Chattanooga, TN on March 19 - 21, 2010 (mid-day Friday to Sunday).
