Item Summary:

As a follow-up action to the Green Ribbon recommended initiatives on April 20, 2009, the following change is recommended to be made to the Roswell Code, Section 24.5, Water and Sewer: to require high efficiency toilets, urinals and fixtures in all new government buildings.
