Item Summary:
Execution of the CDBG sub-recipient agreements is required to receive 2009 CDBG funds for the City of Roswell's projects, including rollover amounts from prior years.
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval.  
 
Financial Impact:
Budget Amendment 7120G2-4-13-09 will recognize the following grant revenues and expenditures in the Federal Grant Fund 221 as follows:
 
1.      Warsaw Road Waterline, Project 09GRA007 - $150,000 funds previously approved as FY 08 CDBG. No additional funding added to project.
2.      Oak Street Streetscape, 06GRA004 - $759,907.28 of which $161,684 is new funding appropriated from other projects, $87,416 from overages and $74,268 from FY 04 Traffic Calming.  The remaining $598,223.28 has previously been allocated to this project.
3.      Charles Place Waterline II, 06GRA003 - $191,561.54 funds previously approved in FY 07 and FY08 CDBG. No additional funding added to this project.
4.      Opal Drive/Thomas Drive Waterline, Project 09GRA008 - $462,448 new funding not previously approved by Council.
