Staff Report:
Background
The applicant was approved by Roswell City Council per Resolution No. 2013-02-08 to construct a 150 foot wireless communications facility. The Council stated that the applicant would be required to have the fencing and landscape plantings approved by DRB.
Site Plan Analysis
The site plans show the location of the facility and compound.
Landscape Plan Analysis
The landscape plan proposes additions of Green Giant Arborvitae, Magnolia, Virginia Pines and Wax Myrtle.
Elevations
The applicant is proposing a six foot tall fence with barbed wire. The fence will have mesh lining to provide additional screening.
Applicant will bring color samples and building materials to the meeting.
Recommended Conditions
Staff recommends that this applicant be approved.
