Under the terms of this agreement, GDOT will be responsible for the construction, installation and materials and the City will be responsible for providing the energy, operations, and maintenance for the lighting system.

On June 26, 2013 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 8, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
The estimated annual cost for energy, operations and maintenance is $3,240 to be covered under the Traffic Operations Maintenance account.
