Item Summary:
This project is in response to an increased volume in the number of trail users resulting from improvements to the area. The City has received complaints from surrounding business owners that a large number of trail users are requesting the use of their restrooms. The location of the proposed restroom facilities is adjacent to the Machine Shop. The estimated cost for this project is $125,000.

Financial Impact:
Estimated cost for this project is $125,000. Request the use of Hotel/Motel funds which amounts to $129,000.
