Item Summary:
This property rights exchange will enable adjacent owners to restore business signs that were removed due to a Fulton County waterline project. Putting signs back in their original location puts them in current Roswell right of way and makes them non-permitted "off-premises" signs. By giving property owners sections of right of way in fee simple in exchange for two permanent easements (2,338 sq. ft. and 4,264 sq. ft.) for any future needs, property owners are able to have signs and the City maintains rights over the property.
