This resolution authorizes the acceptance of the 2013 HOME Investment Partnership grant award in the amount of $74,658. The local match of $15,865 will come from the CHDO In-Kind Volunteer hours. The local match is not calculated on the Administration/Planning and CHDO Operating funds.

Financial Impact:
Upon approval of Budget Amendment 22115000-06-24-13, $74,658 in HOME grant funds will be available in Org 22115000, project 18004.
