Staff request guidance as to how Council would like to proceed with requirements regarding pawn shops and check cashing establishments.

Description:

Staff has been requested to research information regarding pawn shops as well as distance requirements between pawn shops within other city jurisdictions.  Staff has found that many cities have a 500' or 1000' requirement between pawn shops.
