The Housing Initiative of North Fulton (HomeStretch) is hosting its annual Run the River 5K/10K on Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  They are requesting City sponsorship for Police, Fire & EMS fees associated with this event.  They are also requesting closure of Riverside Road, east of St. Andrew Catholic Church, at 675 Riverside Road including Old Riverside Road.  The event is estimated to cost $3,044 and has been approved in the past. The sponsorship limit is $3,000.

Financial Impact:

The FY 12 Approved Budget for City Sponsored Special Events is $55,000.
