Item Summary:
This Resolution sets fees regarding application requirements for land development and the Soil Erosion Fund per Chapter 7, Land Development and Environmental Protection, of the Code of Ordinances. The fee that applies to any permit as required by Section 7.3.5(B)(3) regarding application requirements for land development is $250 per acre or any part thereof for applications of commercial, industrial or residential development. The fee that applies to any permit as required by Section 7.3.10(c) regarding the Soil Erosion Fund is $20 for each permit affecting single-family use of property; or $20 per dwelling unit or accessory use or structure of multi-family or attached residential property; or $10 per 1,000 gross square feet of any proposed building, structure or any nonresidential use.

Staff recommends approval.
Financial Impact:
Land Development Fees included in this Resolution are consistent with previously adopted fees so there is no financial impact with adoption of this Resolution.
