Chief Spencer was recognized by the Georgia Association of Fire Chiefs for his many accomplishments. Appointed as Roswell Fire Chief in 2004, Chief Spencer provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of the City of Roswell Fire Department, EMS and rescue operations. He is responsible for seven fire stations that respond to more than 7,000 incidents per year.
