Item Summary:
This Resolution reallocates North Fulton Community Charities' (NFCC) 2014 CDBG award in the amount of $20,542 to repair the parking lot, walkways, and driveways at its emergency assistance facility on Elkins Road. Cost estimates for this project have increased significantly due to changes in the engineering plans so the NFCC has requested to combine its 2014 CDBG allocation with its unexpended 2013 CDBG allocation to complete this project.
