The organizer, World Harvest Church/Zulu Racing, requests City sponsorship for any expenses that may be incurred. The estimated cost for City services is $4,057. The sponsorship limit is $3,000. This event was City sponsored last year. They are also requesting a road closure of Etris Road, Crabapple Road, Chaffin Road, and Hardscrabble Road per Roswell’s Race Route #5.
