Description:

The City of Roswell provides Public Safety Services to the City of Mountain Park through an agreement established in 1998 at which time an annual fee was established in the amount of $27,000. On March 1, 2009 this fee was adjusted to $33,854.56 per year. Section 9 of the Agreement provides for an annual increase in an amount equal to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).The Atlanta, all items, CPI increase for 2010 was 1%. The increase to this agreement would be $338.55. Staff is requesting guidance regarding increasing the fee.
